TIBURON AAPI ART EXHIBIT

AAPI Art Exhibit in Tiburon: Celebrating Community Through Photography at Tiburon Town Hall

I’m honored to be one of five artists featured in a special AAPI Heritage Month art exhibit in Tiburon, California, now on view at Tiburon Town Hall.

This exhibit celebrates the richness, diversity, and connection within the Asian American and Pacific Islander community—something I’ve had the privilege of documenting through my photography over the past two years.
(If you’re curious about the kind of work I do beyond exhibitions, you can explore more of my event photography portfolio and branding photography work here.)

AAPI Festival - Tiburon 2025

Photography from the Tiburon AAPI Festival

The photographs featured in this exhibit were captured during the 2025 Tiburon AAPI Festival, highlighting moments of joy, culture, and community connection.

In addition to 2025, I also photographed the 2024 Tiburon AAPI Festival, giving me a deeper perspective on the evolving story of this event and the people who make it so special.

These images were selected not only for their visual impact, but for their ability to reflect the energy and spirit of the festival—bringing together performance, tradition, and candid human connection in one place.
(Capturing real moments like these is a big part of my approach—whether it’s community events or family photography sessions or brand storytelling shoots.)

I’m also excited to continue this work and will be photographing the 2026 Tiburon AAPI Festival this May, further documenting this beautiful and growing community event.

AAPI Heritage Month in Marin County

April is recognized as AAPI Heritage Month, a time to honor the history, culture, and contributions of Asian American and Pacific Islander communities across the United States.

This exhibit at Tiburon Town Hall is part of that celebration—bringing together local artists whose work reflects identity, storytelling, and cultural connection here in Marin County.

Being included in this show feels especially meaningful, as it ties together my passion for photography with the opportunity to document and celebrate community in a lasting way.
(You can read more about my perspective as a photographer and storyteller on my about page.)
